Yes! We use environmentally friendly and pet-safe products whenever possible. Our treatments are applied carefully to minimise any risk to your family and pets. If needed, we will provide specific safety instructions before service.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
​
For most general pest control treatments, you do not need to leave your home. However, for certain treatments like fumigation or bed bug extermination, we may recommend temporary evacuation. We will always inform you in advance if this is necessary. Preferably take pets away from the site but if not possible we will work with you to move pets from the area being treated to another area until safe to return.

How can I best prepare for my general pest treatment?
​
Move items away from skirting boards and clear clutter from the areas to be treated where possible. Do not leave food or drinks out. If you think you may have German Cockroaches please DO NOT move any items from the affected area/s as this could potentially spread the problem.

What can I expect after my general pest treatment?
​
Pesticides can take several weeks to be effective against the targeted pests and to see a reduction in activity.

• Monthly Service for areas with high pest activity
• One-Time Treatment for minor infestations or special cases
